Q: Are all properties in Hickory? |
A: No, We have properties in all areas of Catawba County and some in Alexander, Caldwell and Burke County as well.

Q: Do you allow pets? |
A: Most of our properties are pet friendly with a 30 lb pet limit. Some single family homes will make an exception and allow larger pets.

Q: Is there a pet fee? |
A: Yes. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee for one pet; $250 for two. The monthly rent will increase $10 per month per pet.

Q: Must I sign a 1 year lease? |
A: No. Most properties will allow a 6 month or 9 month lease. Only furnished units allow even shorter terms.

Q: What size furnished units do you have? |
A: We have furnished studios and one bedrooms, and a limited number of two and three bedrooms. Most of our furnished units have appliances and furniture only, but some include TV, fully equipped kitchen and linens.

Q: Is a security deposit required? |
A: Yes. For apartment complexs the deposit is usually less than a months rent. For single family homes, the deposit is equivalent to a months rent.
